Our order minimum to use Shop Pay & Sezzle is $50 prior to any taxes or shipping. Your subtotal must be $50

We accept exchanges but not returns. In the event of a defect (rare but it happens), we will replace with an item equivalent of the one purchased. If an equivalent is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered. You can exchange anything but underwear for store credit. You must initiate an exchange within 30 days of purchase. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and free or any odors or stains or rips. 

preorder times vary based on a number of factors. Most preorders take 3.5-4 weeks to arrive. But international shipping times vary. Heavy weight items tend to take 6-8 weeks. Again, shipping times vary & the ETA doesn’t mean that is the exact date it will arrive. We appreciate your patience with the preorders because it’s being made specifically for you. There are no refunds on preorders.
